Delph House is the former rectory of the attractive and unspoilt Fenland village
of Welney. It has been extended to provide purpose-built accomodation as a retirement home for elderly people.
Our residents receive 24 hour support and care where needed, and help and encouragement to maintain independence as
far as possible. Some of our residents are able to manage their own affairs and some have a relative or professional
advisor holding power of attorney. Some of our residents have Dementia such as Alzheimer's disease or other forms
of memory loss. Our staff are trained to provide appropriate care and support for these residents.
Our home has a friendly
family atmosphere, is set in delightful landscaped gardens and is close to village amenities including the shop, pub and restaurant,
and the Welney Wildlife Trust which attracts many visitors.
