Staffing at Marifa Lodge
The home is managed
by Graham Rainbird. A senior care worker and other
care workers provide care for residents throughout the day. Also on duty are a cook, domestic staff and maintenance
staff. For the night there is one staff on duty and in addition another staff sleeping in
and available if needed.
Our staff are trained in all aspects of care, with
refresher training at regular intervals.
